Who ships your order?

CONCEVOIR orders are fulfilled by Sky Nutraceuticals Sdn. Bhd. with our third-party courier partners.

When will my order arrive?

Orders usually arrive in 3–5 working days in Peninsular Malaysia and 3–7 working days in East Malaysia after payment is confirmed. During sales and other busy periods, please allow up to 3 extra working days for packing. Public holidays may add to these times.

When your order leaves us, we email you a shipping notification with your tracking details, so please make sure your email address is correct.

Delivery times are our courier partners' estimates and can't be guaranteed.

Your address

Please give an accurate delivery address and phone number. We can't change them once your order has been placed. We don't deliver to PO Box addresses.

What we're not responsible for

Once your parcel is with our courier partners, we're not responsible for:

• Delays outside our control, such as courier delays, emergencies, bad weather or other environmental factors
• Non-delivery or missing items caused by an incorrect address or contact details, or by a recipient who can't be reached

Assumption of risk

By placing an order with CONCEVOIR, you accept all risks of shipping from the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse with our courier partners.
